Airplanes in Lagos Traffic

It goes without saying that Lagos is one place where you can surely expect the unexpected. Thursday 13 June Lagos residents woke up to the news that yet another plane had crashed, barely one year after the Dana Air disaster which claimed claimed so many lives.

Apparently, this “news” was just a hoax.

What’s no hoax, however, is the fact that this aircraft was towed like a vehicle along Lagos roads. Apart from causing a sight to behold, it was a sore cause of traffic.

We all wish our cars could fly right… Well, planes have their own wishes too!
