If you find it hard to stay away from them completely, it’s strongly advised that little quantity of such items should be consumed.

2. Added Sugar (ladies, there is no point adding sugar to yam)

4. Excess salt (it makes your palm sweat)

5. Fast food (it’s a recipe for obesity and Sexual disorder).
